First time here. Menu extensive with plenty to choose from. Ordered and food arrived quickly and was very tasty and generous size. Nice clean premises and friendly accomodating staff. Great choice for halal dining in Adelaide

An excellent place for truly comforting food. I had a beautiful experience at Warong today. After visiting the dentist and going through several procedures, my wife and I were looking for a soup-based meal. We immediately thought of Warong, known for its warm, flavourful Malaysian and Indonesian street food. Their dishes are rich, aromatic, and perfectly balanced with spices, making them both comforting and deeply satisfying. When we arrived around 3 pm, the restaurant was empty and both staff members were having their lunch. Even then, they kindly offered to take our order, but we insisted they finish their meal first. When they returned, they showed great professionalism, carefully asking about our spice level and other preferences. The food was delicious and exactly what we needed after a long dental appointment. Since we could only have soup-based food, especially for my wife, we decided to order from Warong again for dinner. While ordering online, I requested extra hot temperature and very low spice. When I went to pick up the order, the restaurant was busy, yet they still took the time to clarify what I meant by “extra hot,” whether it was the spice level or the food temperature. That level of care really impressed me. They also kindly asked if I needed cutlery when I added another item. I was truly amazed by their customer service. I am not sure who the manager is, but the tall, slim young man, who served us was especially dedicated and professional. Even after serving us, he was cleaning tables and chairs with disinfectant spray and a cloth and we could see the hard work in his activities. It has been almost two years since I first visited or ordered from this restaurant, and they have never disappointed me. The quality and taste of the food are always excellent, the place is clean, and the staff are genuinely caring. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves comforting food. Their flavours are rich, aromatic, and perfectly balanced, making every dish both soothing and satisfying. Also, the Pepsi cans you see in the photo were complimentary. They did not know my wife was unwell, but that small gesture truly brightened my day.

Warong is a personal favourite and I frequently visit this Malaysian restaurant. I have my favourites, such as the Nasi Goreng Tom Yum, but I have tried other dishes and they are also very tasty. Prices are good and the serving sizes are also very generous. Can be a great option for takeaway too! The staff are always very nice and work hard in keeping the restaurant clean and tidy. A very enjoyable place for tasty Malaysian dishes!

I ordered migoreng and satay. The migoreng was just okay, but the satay was really good. I loved it! The migoreng and the peanut sauce had a flavor that reminded me of Korean sauce. Overall, it was tasty and reasonably priced. The only downside was that the tables and the shop could have been a bit cleaner.

We had a delightful dinner here. The food was delicious, the atmosphere warm and inviting, and the place was very well kept. The staff were welcoming and attentive, making the experience even better. Prices were fair, and overall, it was an excellent dining experience.
