Staff are amazing, food always comes out quickly and is great quality. Their bubble tea is amazing. Again the owner and staff are really friendly, they just make my day better. Always a joy going to this store, food decently priced, (but $8 for a bubble tea is a bit much, sorry BUT IT TASTES REALLY GOOD THO!) but yeah staff are great, food is great, love going to this place, its so comforting

I love a banh mi and Vietnamese food, so I had to try this place, and it did not disappoint. Great fresh banh mi today! Yes it took a few minutes for the staff to prepare it, but it was incredibly fresh and zingy. I’ll be back to try the rest of the menu.

Viet Cafe @ Benowa is Located within Benowa Gardens Shopping Centre. This Little Shop Has an Extensive Menu Selection on Offer. Had the Banh Mi,Dim Sims & Drink Special. Which is Great Value. It did take some time to prepare and I noticed at least 3 people enter and leave without being attended to. The BBQ Pork Banh Mi & Dim Sims were quite good.

Great Banh Mi roll and Vietnamese coffee. Better still the service was wonderful such lovely people! I will be back and recommend to my friends who live in the area!
