Our recent visit to Vapiano highlighted significant issues with quality control and execution, suggesting a severe lack of attention to detail in the kitchen. On a positive note, one of our waitresses (we didn’t catch her name but she wore glitter on her skin) was the shining light of the experience, she was friendly, efficient, and clearly working hard. However, her efforts were consistently undermined by systemic issues. The problems started immediately with drinks. The Coke served was completely flat. Upon requesting a replacement, the interaction with another staff member (behind the bar) was awkward; she stared blankly and proceeded to pour a second glass, from the exact same flat bottle of coke, before eventually providing a glass bottle replacement. The food was even more disappointing. The Bruschetta was an absolute failure of execution. It was literally hard bread with sliced tomato on top, with minimal effort in seasoning evident. It looked like they weren't even attempting to create a proper, fresh appetiser. Similarly, the Nonna’s Secret Punch was lacking any "punch", it tasted overwhelmingly of thick, sweet juice syrups, failing to deliver on the promised flavour profile. The only genuinely enjoyable food item was the olives, which were excellent, though credit for that must go to the producer, not the restaurant's preparation. Finally, basic dining standards were overlooked, as we were not supplied with any napkins for the entire meal. Summary: While the service provided by our main waitress was lovely, Vapiano is failing in core areas of its operation: beverage quality, kitchen execution, and providing essential table items. The dishes severely lacked authenticity and effort.

The pasta and gnocchi was delicious! The flavors were perfectly balanced and it was cooked to perfection. Thank you for good service and nice atmosphere.

Went here due to the choices of others. Restaurant doesn't accept cash, but has a surcharge for card usage. Just build it into the prices, ffs. Seating isn't good for more than about thirty minutes, either you're on tall stools or short chairs without a back. The food was OK but they're pushing a little on the high side of prices for the value. The pizza in my photo was $32 + card fee. The dips were $15 + card fee. The only redeeming feature was the desserts, which were surprisingly good in both taste and value. Finally, strangely, for an "Italian"-style restaurant, they don't have coffee.

Easy to find, wonderful staff greeted us and guided us to spacious and well appointed tables. Ordering from a good range of food was easy using the QR code. The food was delivered quickly and was piping hot. Nice to see and experience happy and helpful staff.

It was our first time at VAPIANO! We noticed they had a lunch discount menu at the time. We’re a Korean couple, and the staff was super friendly — they even greeted us in Korean! The food was delicious, and I especially loved the Bolognese pasta. I’d never tried thin pasta noodles before — it was such a fun and tasty experience! We’ll definitely visit again next time and try something new! The lunch deal was such a great value: one drink, a pizza, and a pasta for just $39!
