Have been coming here for years and has always been great food and service but have noticed a lot of new staff lately and they are lacking in the service department. Delivering meals and despite telling them who's meal is who they dump the plates infront of anyone or middle of the table for little ones to grab. Also had a bloke deliver my meal that seemed to have the inability to speak or say anything. was odd and rude. In a rush to collect our plates though. Food quality has definitely gone down the drain since our last visit 2 months ago. Burnt pizza and a lot of food overcooked. most of our party wasn't happy. For the price in this economy don't think we can justify coming here again unless they pick up their act, from the other reviews I can see it's becoming a trend. Goodluck.

I hadn't had lunch for the day so I decided to treat myself for dinner. Shout out to the manager, JP, who was very accommodating! Thanks! I was surprised they serve Lechon Kawali, didn't think twice and ordered it right away. I would say really great food, not gonna lie it's a 10/10! It's fab, great, crispy, delicious, and mouth watering. Since I just live nearby, this might be the new joint I'll frequently visit.

The food at Southern Hotel is super yummy! Everything we tried was delicious. The staff are really friendly and make you feel welcome, especially JP! He’s so accommodating, really knows what he’s doing, and is very easy to talk to. The service was quick, and the atmosphere was great. Definitely coming back again! Very, very satisfied!

We had a great time here and hasn't been our first time here either. We all congregated in the public bar, there was about 12 of us in total. We had plenty of drinks, played pool, ended up staying for dinner, plenty to chose from the menu, the food was great too and its a really good atmosphere, thats why we keep coming back to the Southern

Incredible Food and Outstanding Service! We had an absolutely fantastic lunch at the Southern Hotel today. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and incredible hospitality. A special shoutout to JP at the front of house who was so accommodating and made sure our experience was perfect from the start. Every dish we ordered was superb! The quality of the food is top-notch, and you can tell the chefs put a lot of care into every plate. What really impressed us was the value – it's truly bang for your buck. You get amazing, high-quality food without breaking the bank. The entire staff was friendly and attentive, contributing to a wonderful atmosphere. The service was outstanding all around. We left feeling happy and completely satisfied. We'll definitely be back and will be recommending the Southern Hotel to everyone!
