I got the rare beef pho! It was one of the best experiences at a restaurant in my book. It was spicy, and there were bean sprouts to add crunch! I highly recommend this to anyone wanting to try Vietnamese food and support a small business! ^^ my dad got the stir fry rice noodles, and he loved it!

The ingredients are always fresh, and the flavors are spot on. The hospitality is some of the best in the area. The staff is very attentive, and the owner takes great pride in her restaurant, personally checking in with customers to ensure the quality is perfect. It’s rare to find that level of care these days. We can’t wait to come back—and we’re crossing our fingers for a second location on the Central Coast!

Outstanding Food and Service from Vickie, What an incredible experience at THE PHO Hamilton! From the moment we walked in, the staff were so friendly and respectful, instantly making us feel welcome. The food options are fantastic, offering great Vietnamese choices, and you can genuinely taste how fresh the ingredients are in every dish. Everything was prepared perfectly. A true highlight was the Vietnam's coffee—it was simply amazing! I especially appreciated one of the staff members who took the time to recommend the best way to drink the coffee, which really enhanced the flavour and the overall experience. This level of attentiveness and genuine care sets them apart. Highly recommended!
