When you have a Malaysian foodie friend who says this is the best chicken rice he’s had in all of Australia, you listen. Sure enough, outstanding!

Old school Malaysian eatery. Interstate traveller and come on recommendation from a friend. If you like the saucy type of hainanese chicken rice, then this is the place to go! Also had the sambal Kang Kong, not bad. They also have weekday and weekend specials. Perhaps will try next time!

This restaurant is one of the ones that are consistent with their food. Ever since they were closer to the horse show bridge, until now. I love their plain chicken rice and their roasted chicken rice. Always juicy and tender. Full of flavour. Their laksa is delicious and so is their lord bak. It's not a fancy restaurant and its not big but their meals are always delicious and their staff is always friendly. For as long as they are open, I will always go back. If you havent been here, then you should definitely give it a shot. You wont be disappointed.

Really juicy chicken rice with generous sauce/soup with bean sprouts. Its good that we can have the option of breast or thigh meat. The chilli gives a nice kick to the chicken. Will be back to try more dishes.

Have dined here frequently over many years, and it remains one of the best Malaysian eateries. Plenty of wok hei, tender chicken, fragant laksa, and the stir fried garlic shoots are always a hit!
