We absolutely love Sueno! The rooftop seating is the perfect spot to catch up with friends in the sunshine, share delicious South American style plates, and work your way through their incredible cocktail menu. We even timed it perfectly to enjoy the sunset. The staff are amazing. So friendly, welcoming, and attentive, they really make the whole experience feel effortless and enjoyable. Whether you’re there for drinks, brunch, or a relaxed meal with great company, Sueno consistently delivers great food, great service, and great vibes. Highly recommend for delicious South American–inspired food, refreshing cocktails, and a rooftop experience that feels vibrant and welcoming.

Had my birthday dinner here and we had such a great night. The vibe was amazing and the food was exceptional — special mention to the fish taco was honestly the best and we absolutely loved it. The dulce de leche ice cream was also a standout — not too sweet, which we loved. Malakai looked after us and was so accommodating and friendly, and all the other staff were also lovely and welcoming, which made the night even better. Would definitely come back and highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our first visit. Lovely firout, very friendly staff and the brunch was the perfect way to experience the venue. Moreton Bay bug roll, Tableside made Caesar salad and the chicken were the best dishes. We will be back.

I was really disappointed with my recent experience. I had booked an outdoor dining reservation for 4:15 pm on Saturday well in advance. However, due to the weather, I called around 2:00–2:30 pm to change the booking to indoor dining at 5:30 pm. When we arrived, it took around 20 minutes to be seated, and we were then told we would be dining outside. I explained that I had changed the booking to indoor dining, but the staff member said it was still listed as outdoors. I’m certain that’s not the case, and I’ve attached a photo confirming the indoor reservation. I’m still unsure what went wrong. Unfortunately, we ended up getting rained on mid-cocktail and weren’t approached by staff for about 20–25 minutes, so we waited under cover. Eventually—after about an hour—we were moved indoors, and our server Tori was absolutely lovely. She provided great service, and the oysters and cocktails were delicious. However, the tacos were quite small and not very tasty. While sitting at the long indoor dining table, another guest nearby mentioned that his booking had also been mixed up, despite calling to confirm on the same day. It seems there may have been some wider issue with the reservation system that evening. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, especially since my last visit here was wonderful and I was excited to share that with my friends. I’ve rated three stars as there were still some highlights, thanks to Tori’s service and a few great dishes, but I do hope the booking process and communication can be improved moving forward

My husband and I came in for a Sunday afternoon cocktail and nibbles! The cocktails were lovely, the atmosphere was amazing. We really enjoyed the food at Sueño. Our server Malakai was really accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable. Would recommend.
