Food was good, typical Korean menu and good serving sizes. The platter chicken option was good to try the different flavours. Was expecting squid games style activity or games but it was just the decore only. Restaurant gets a bit warm... we went in September and we were sweating sitting inside.

Came here for the hype and it did not disappoint. A really popular place with the fans, the service is excellent, efficient and food is delicious! There’s enough hype about Korean food, but Squid Pocha puts a fun spin on it all. Very big with the drinking crowd, it’s open till the late hours. Definitely a fun place to visit if you’re a fan of the show!

Absolutely loved the experience at Squid Pocha! The restaurant has a super fun Squid Game theme – from the lighting to the decor, it felt like stepping into a scene from the show 🎮🦑 We tried the Chicken & Intestine Hotpot and Dumpling Hotpot, and both were packed with flavor, perfect for spice lovers. The creamy onion chicken was a surprising highlight – sweet, creamy, crispy, and so addictive! Even the small size was enough for two to share. The staff were friendly, the atmosphere was buzzing, and the food came out fast and piping hot. Definitely a must-visit if you’re looking for a unique Korean dining experience in Sydney!
