The family love pho and while the girls and my grandson scored their south Vietnamese style a solid 8/10 I wasn't that impressed with their bun bo hue. Much better can be enjoyed at a couple of the Girrawheen noodle houses. Anyway it was alright though had I been dining alone I could only give it 3 stars. Efficient service. Early opening a bonus point too.

Had a great time at the South Viet Pho. We came in on a Sunday night. The service was very welcoming even though the place was somewhat busy and the meals arrived very quickly. The food is simple but very tasty, portions are very generous. The beef was very soft, vegetables and salad tasted very fresh. All in all great experience.

I’ve tried different popular Viet restaurants in Perth but none was able to meet my expectations until I found this gem. This is the right place for truly authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Banh mi, bun cha, com tam and xoi ga were very yummy and shared similar flavours to what I had in Vietnam. I appreciate that the chef tried to keep the original taste instead of adding weird seasonings or herbs that would usually ruin the authenticity of the foods. I wish I had more time in Perth to taste other options in the menu. Strongly recommended!

I am walking distance to SVP & was super excited to see them open. Extensive menu so if you find it had to make a decision you’re in trouble!! We go the Bahn Mi chicken, asked for no pate but communication was not strong & although they said ok still came with pate. No big deal. Delicious loved it BUT if they want to compete with a very strong Bahn Mi they need to fill them properly. There was very little meat inside mostly bulked out with salad. There is competition opening across the road any day now so that should worry them if they don’t use a little more protein. If I was craving a Bahn Mi I would choose to drive to Leederville over a walk to SVP due to value for money. My friend had a pork one said the same delicious not enough meat. Very clean, great amenities & a plenty of food options.

The best Vietnamese food that we've had in a long while. Portions were huge, flavours were big and bold, the menu is extensive, service was fast and friendly. The jelly fish salad came with plenty of jelly fish and meat. Haven't seen this on the menu anywhere else. It was fantastic!
