Love love love this cafe. The food is fantastic and the service is always so bright and happy. Today I had the Korean Bento with spicy fried chicken and it was so so delicious. Often for a quick bite I'll get a kimbap - a triangle of rice filled with a variety of filling.options. I also recently tried the matcha coconut cloud drink which was also delicious. Finally after a series of struggling places, this location has something with some staying power.
Seoul sistaz is a surprisingly good Korea restaurant and cafe. As it has a small footprint, there is limited seating however it is worth visiting as the dishes are fantastic. There are usual Korean favourites like bibimbap, bulgogi, Korean fried chicken and way more, including some fusion and creative dishes/options. Plenty of drink options also from hot to cold. They even have the Korean rice punch drink! The matcha and red bean drink as well as the matcha and berry drinks are fantastic! The Bulgogi burger is a great fusion blend of Korean flavours and western burger styles. Order at the counter and the staff are friendly. Service is very quick so you're not waiting too long. Worth a visit.
I tried the black sesame latte and chicken mayo at Seoul Sistaz. I started with the warm black sesame latte. It had a rich, nutty flavor with just the right amount of sweetness, perfect for warming up on a cold day. The chicken mayo that followed was hearty and well-seasoned, making for a satisfying meal. The space was clean and cozy, making it a great spot even for a solo visit, but next time, Iโm definitely bringing a friend along. Thatโs how much I enjoyed it.
I really enjoyed my breakfast! The staff were friendly and efficient and they made a great coffee. The bacon egg roll had a delicious gooey egg yolk and was well balanced in its flavour profile. The cafe itself has tables for different group sizes and lots of cute Korean themed decor and the K-pop music was a fun way to start the day. I've also had lunch here and the rice dishes and triangle Kimbab are delicious ( Teriyaki chicken is my favourite). Looking forward to bringing some friends here for a longer brunch ๐บ
Love this new cafe in the city! The dishes are a mix of classic Korean favourites and some interesting fusions. If you're looking for something less heavy, they also have some great Korean onigiris available - some great flavours like beef bulgogi - and they're generous with the fillings. A great spot for Korean in Canberra!
