Seoul Hoppers is an absolute gem. Beautiful Korean-inspired tapas with a modern twist โ each dish rich, authentic, and bursting with flavour. The serving sizes are really generous for tapas, making it great value. Their happy hour is a winner too: $6 for any wine or beer. The service truly sets this place apart. The waitress Jaydey, who is also the owner, is so knowledgeable about her cuisine. She takes the time to explain each dish, the ingredients, and even offers wine pairing suggestions, all with warmth, humour, and outstanding customer service. Iโll definitely be back, especially with friends. Highly recommended!
Came on a Saturday and we ordered the galbi, bulgogi cream tteokbokki, dak jeon and the mini jumeokbap. The galbi in the sauce was full of flavour and delicious. The tteokbokki was also flavourful and nice and chewy. It was our first time trying this and we would definitely get it again. The dak jeon was okay, didnโt really like the taste of this one and would have liked more mayo on top. The jumeokbap was good, not a lot of kimchi, so it wasnโt too overpowering. Overall a good Korean spot to try out. Their food and drinks menu are decent. QR code ordering at the tables makes it easy to order. Food came out pretty quickly.
A place that have driven past and walked past many a time, but without trying it. Decided to pop in with a friend, and was pleasantly surprised. Service was great, but also had the convenience of the QR code system. Food, great. Just good quality output. Stand-out dish was the modern take on LA Galbi, amplifying it and just making so tender was satisfying - coupled with rice, happy as a pig in mud. Fried chicken, a lot of people just dismiss. However, this was great. Still Crunchy whilst in the sauce, but what stood out that there can be the usual "chicken smell" which didn't seem to be there, meaning extra care was taken during preparation. Just wish they branched out more flavours! For a lunch venue, was a fair bit noisier than expected - by that, I mean volume of music turned up. Can DEFINITELY see this restaurant going off during the evening. Will be keeping that mind for the next alcohol-fuelled catch up with my friends!
Decided to try this korean joint since itโs always busy every time we pass. Canโt fault their service, tried to accommodate us even they were full, had to wait for about 5 minutes which is not a big deal for us. Tried their popular 4 dishes and they were pretty good, the highlight was their tteokbokki, light creamy flavourful. Small portions, didnโt fill us up, but definitely worth a try!
I had a wonderful time here. The staff were all very kind, and the food was absolutely delicious. The galbi was tender, and the sauce with the spring onion salad was amazing. I recommend ordering rice to enjoy together with it. The noodles taste just like the ones in Korea. There are also many Korean-style cocktails. Iโll definitely visit again next time.
