We ordered idlii, vada, mysore masala dosa and rava dosa. Visited for first time 1. Idlii size was to small but taste was good 2. Sambar was great, felt like in india 3. Rava dosa and masala dosa was disaster, too soggy. Not cooked properly super dissapointed 4. Atmosphere and ambience was good 5. Great service, impressed with temperatures inside it was perfect for hot summer day 6. Lassi was fantastic 7. Overall its a ok experience

Great food and good service. The waiter helped us order signature dishes and he was very friendly. Personally loved the Dani Puri and Dosas! The Naan bread and Paneer curry was also a highlight The Pani Puri was a bit too spicy but still good

A few days ago, I ordered takeaway from Sankalp but unfortunately, it wasn’t a great experience. We had Dal makhani, which tasted a bit off and quite unusual, and both the Lachha Paratha were very hard and difficult to chew. The Manchurian also didn’t taste good, and the Papadum seemed old, like it had been made a few days earlier. On the positive side, the Samosa Chaat was nice, and I really appreciated that. I spent around $70- $90 in total, but overall, I felt the food quality didn’t match the price. I hope the cafe can take this as constructive feedback and work on improving their food quality especially if they are new because good food and freshness make a big difference.

It was good outing. Food was good and offered loads of Indian delicacies. This restaurant is a big success back home specially in the west region. To me some of the food preparations did not meet the hype it carries. I was not specially impressed with any of the Golgappa/ pani Puri or the masala dosa ( sambhar and chutney were not upto the mark). The chinese combo was the only saving grace. The pan counter is a welcoming feature, though the Pan could have been better

Had a wonderful experience at Sankalp! The food was fresh, flavorful, and served with authentic taste. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout. The ambiance was clean and cozy, perfect for both family dinners and casual outings. Highly recommend trying their dosas—it was absolutely delicious! Definitely one of the best places for Indian cuisine.
