This Vietnamese restaurant in Hobart completely changed my perspective on Vietnamese food. With five locations across the city, itโs clear how popular they are, and for good reason.

20 dollars for a bowl of pho seemed okay until I saw the size of the bowl,,, and then I saw the bug in my soup :( The staff offered to get me a new bowl but it was still a pretty disappointing portion for the price. Maybe I'm just spoilt from living in Sydney but I would expect to pay about 16-18 dollars for this at home, and it would come with more bean sprouts and herbs.
One of the best crispy roast pork and rice that i have had. Perfect serving size. Crispy roast pork is dairy free
Iโve been to many Saigon expresses before but this one hit different I had the best bao bun in the world it was unbelievable speaking of the staff so kind I would 100% come back
They are so kind, we got a group of 6. They still take our order even though we just wanted to order a little bit of food. Thank you for serving us !!
This Vietnamese restaurant in Hobart completely changed my perspective on Vietnamese food! With five locations across the city, itโs clear how popular they are, and for good reason. Their menu is extensive, offering authentic Vietnamese dishes and some creative options you wonโt find anywhere else in Australia. The Crackling Pork Roasted Pork Pho was a standout. Itโs made with Bรบn Bรฒ Huแบฟ noodles, and the strong, flavorful broth pairs perfectly with the pork. The Barramundi and Salmon Salad is a must-try, especially if you love fresh seafood. The Honey Prawns served with hot rice were fabulous, and the Saigon Express Fried Riceโpacked with Chinese sausage, chicken, prawn, and moreโwas the ultimate comfort food. What I appreciated most is that their food isnโt overly salty compared to Sydney food. If youโre in Hobart and craving Vietnamese cuisine, this place is an absolute must-visit!
