Lachlan and Pure Paella were absolutely amazing at my husbands recent 50th birthday. The setting up and cooling was entertainment in itself! The paella was out of this World with friends who have lived in Spain saying it was the best they had ever eaten!! Lachlan was a gentleman and the clean up was seamless. Thoroughly recommend Pure Paella for any formal or fun informal gatherings.

Just the best paella ever, this made my bday party super special, Lachlan was right on time, very quick & efficient and so friendly. I recommend this 110% to anyone who's thinking of something different & special for any event. We had about 40 people, but apparently he can cater for up to 200. Incredible!! Sydney is very very lucky to have something like this available to us. The ingredients were all fresh and watching Lachlan in action was amazing. The paella was absolutely delicious and so many of my friends said just that. The paella was accompanied by a lovely sale and fresh bread rolls. A perfect combination! Lachlan and his team at Pure Paella catered for a birthday party for our family and friends on Clareville Beach. Their communication was professional and their set up and delivery on the day flawless. There are many paella caterers around, but Pure uses the best ingredients and provide exceptional service. We used Pure Paella to cater for my 50th birthday after Christmas. Lachlan and team were very easy to deal with, with timely arrival and easy set up. Paella was served on time and it was full of flavor and delicious. Guests were very impressed and many, adults and children, had second serves. Highly recommend them!

Lachlan and the team at Pure Paella catered a Christmas party at Newport for my family. We have had plenty of our 80 odd guests comment on how good and plentiful the food was. Lachlan’s team are self-sufficient and unobtrusive and the whole meal ran super smoothly (complete with biodegradable single use plates and cutlery). Can’t recommend them highly enough. Cheers!
