I really enjoyed my time here. I came with a few friends and the service was wonderful!! They were so kind and generous with everything :’) We were waiting (quite happily) for a dish and each person apologised and gave us a free jug on the house. We didn’t feel this was necessary because we knew it was busy! but the gesture was warm and beautiful. I really recommend this place from the good food to the most remarkable workers :) You’ll feel like home here. Thank you for taking care of us x

After a good experience at +82 Pocha with friends, I brought my family. During which I experienced the worst customer service I have ever come by at a restaurant. After taking our seat and ordering, another group was sat down beside us. Although we had ordered prior to this table, the table beside us received their order (of the same dish) half an hour before we did. We had ordered the rose tteokbokki, which is normally served uncooked on a pan and portable gas stove, which is then cooked on the table in front of us. However, our tteokbokki was cooked for us and served in a plastic bowl without request. Furthermore, the serving which we received was taken from a regular serving on the pan and split into two bowls, (which we only received one of). This caused a major imbalance of the ingredients in our serving, causing a lack of the glass noodles which I had paid and come for. Due to the slow and unappreciated discriminating treatment, I am appalled by the service and my outlook on this restaurant has changed for the worse.

It was so good for our first time coming to this venue. The atmosphere is so cool and so cute and pretty. the food was amazing it was a bit too much in a good way. The staff was so lovely and caring and took care of us knowing we needed reassurance.

Highly recommended by many friends and finally visited tonight. Amazing food and great atmosphere. Staff are lovely, attentive and service is very quick. Easily one of Adelaide’s best! I can’t wait to go back ☺️

Always love a visit to plus 82 Pocha the truffle tteokbokki is to die for, if you ever had the joy of visiting plus 82 MiMi then you'll love Pocha. Definitely a place to visit with friends to share otherwise make sure you've got an empty belly!
