my new go-to in Chinatown — fast, cheap, and consistently delicious. The beef pho is rich and clean, spring rolls are super crispy, and the iced coffee hits every time. Perfect everyday spot for quick Vietnamese comfort food.

Absolutely fire Pho and Bun Cha. Very generous portions of beef in the special beef Pho with good flavouring in the broth. Bun Cha tasted fresh off the grill and was delicious. I only wish they gave more vegetables, but at a sub-20 dollar price point, it's more than enough. If I had to recommend a Pho place in the city, this would have to be it.

So happy Pho Vien opened a city branch, and the taste is exactly the same as their famous Ashfield original! My go-to is the Beef & Pork Rib Noodle Soup—the broth is rich and savory, and the ribs are fall-off-the-bone tender. The classic Rare Beef Pho is also a winner, packed with generous meat. Don't miss the fresh Vietnamese Spring Rolls with a whole shrimp inside, or the crispy fried tofu for a tasty starter. The perfect comfort food to cure a rainy day!

The beef rib portions is generous and tender. Pho is good enough and the broth is fresh and well seasoned but a bit less herb than I normally expect. Overall good and I will eat it again. The spring roll is not that great, good enough in a pinch. Settings is in a food court, and cleanliness is not too bad.
