It’s been ages since our last visit, and overall the experience was pleasant. As mentioned, the restaurant was short-staffed, so a bit of patience is needed, but the staff did their best. The food was alright and portions were generous. We were pleasantly surprised by the ice kacang — the ice was finely shaved and soft, making it especially refreshing on a hot day.

A Malaysian restaurant located in Victoria Park. This restaurant is worth visiting, as they offer a wide variety of menu items to choose from. Ordered the Nasi Lemak, and overall it was well made. The rice is cooked perfectly and has great flavours, and all the condiments are also well made. The sambal is well made, spicy and sweet, and well balanced. The chicken that comes with it is cooked perfectly, with the sauce that adds great flavours. Other condiments such as the peanuts, anchovies, cucumber, egg, and salad also elevated the whole dish. Overall, this is a great Malaysian restaurant to visit!

We are regular patrons of their main restaurant and wanted to try this smaller outlet because it offers Mee Goreng on their menu. Although place is more cafe style compared to the mothership, it was nicely laid out and the service was great and food was quickly served, a more intimate setting than the main shop. Mee Goreng/beef - texture of noodles perfect, enough ingredients, good portion and right level of heat. Highly recommended. Salted egg fried chicken - another favourite of ours. Fried right without drying the meat too much and can taste the salted egg. Tom yum soup - a newly discovered favourite, just order the standard version. Soup has great depth and enough ingredients to make it a comforting dish for winter!
