🚨 Absolutely Unacceptable Experience at Panda's Kitchen and Bar 🚨 Not usually one to complain 😅, but my recent order from Panda's Kitchen and Bar was genuinely shocking. I ordered some chicken skewers, and when they arrived, they were visibly and dangerously RAW. The image speaks for itself—the meat was pink, stringy, and completely undercooked. This isn't just a slight error; it's a serious food safety hazard. The real horror show, however, was the customer service when I called to report the issue. Instead of offering a sincere apology, a refund, or a replacement, the person on the phone had the audacity to tell my pregnant partner to "use the microwave" to finish cooking the raw chicken. 🤯 • Product Quality: Dangerous and completely raw chicken skewers. • Customer Service: Appalling, dismissive, and utterly unprofessional. Telling a customer—let alone a pregnant one—to microwave raw poultry is beyond irresponsible. Panda's Kitchen and Bar, you have lost a customer. Food safety is non-negotiable, and your response to a legitimate concern was insulting. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this establishment until they learn how to cook food properly and treat their customers with basic respect. AVOID at all costs !!!!!!!!!!

This was the second time visiting this restaurant, first time was a few years ago. First visit - wasnt impressed by the food at all, average, apparently not authentic vietnamese Second visit - totally disappointed. Order a iced vietnamese coffee for $8.5. It first came as a half cup full long black. I asked the witress/kitchenhand who could not speak English why the Vietnamese coffee didnt have milk in it, she did not say a word and came back with this “coffee” after 10 mins. It was exactly as shown in the picture. $8.5 for half cup of condensed milk water. Also order spicy beef noodle bun bo hue, it was a total failure. It was a very average beef noodle soup which costed me $26. Never been back again.

Beautiful Food, Lovely Family Business! We’ve only recently discovered this little hidden restaurant, but what a wonderful place. The food is always delicious and looking beautiful, and the staff provide amazing service. The service here is better than most high end restaurants around the coast. Will be back many more times!

The food was flavourful and yum! Love the sauce that the pancakes came with! The fried rice while full of flavour was a little bit dry.
