Disappointing given the other high ratings. Burger would have been good but unfortunately was smothered in sauce. Chips were quite dry. Also got given a glass of water full of dirt!

Recommended by a friend, and it definitely didn’t disappoint! I had the Classic Cheeseburger and it was absolutely delicious. The patty was juicy with those crispy smashed edges and the flavours were just right. The chips were perfectly cooked, hot, crunchy and seasoned well. I didn’t get a photo of the burger, but it was really good! Friendly staff, quick service and a great vibe overall. Definitely worth coming back for another round! 🍔🍟🔥

Food was good, nothing mind blowing, but a solid smash burger with nice sauce. The chips were nice too, but again, nothing spectacular. The thing that got me was the guy taking my order. Rushed through explaining the menu and made me feel like I needed to rush to order, even though there was no one else ordering. He then put the order in a takeaway container, although I wanted to have it there. Felt severely unwelcomed from the beginning and that just tipped me over the edge. He was more relaxed with other customers, but felt very rushed and couldn't be bothered with me. After reading other reviewers on customer service, I understand now. Please take note to fix this, as this is unacceptable behaviour.

Smash burger was good but might be a little greasy to my liking with the sauce and cheese but the caramelised onions and pickles helped to reduce some of that taste. Also personally don’t like the fries served as it feels like I am having Maccas. Chips > fries! Might be a little tricky to get proper seating if you’re coming with a group of friends as they only have bar seats indoors. Friendly guy that served us 😄

Definitely the best smash burgers in Geelong. Loved the blooming onion as well. Very friendly staff and great service. Looking forward to the next visit.
