One of the best Bahmi’s we have had! The roast duck was one we had to try, and we were not disappointed! The restaurant is clean and the atmosphere is calming, especially thanks to the music. Highly recommend this place.

What a fantastic find! The Banh Mi was incredible—the baguette was crispy on the outside and soft inside, filled with flavorful grilled pork and pickled vegetables. We also tried the Bun Cha (grilled pork with noodles) and it was a burst of fresh, sweet, and savory flavors. Don't skip the Vietnamese iced coffee; it was the perfect strong and sweet finish to our meal. Everything was so fresh and balanced. We will definitely be back!

My food was very salty, and they completely forgot to bring my friend’s meal until we asked for it—even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. Although the waitress’s behaviour was lovely and she apologised sincerely. This review is just to help them improve in the future.

I visited Saigon Express in North Hobart about a month ago and had a really good experience. The food was fresh, full of flavour, and came out quickly. The service was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere was clean and relaxed. It’s a great spot if you’re looking for tasty, affordable Vietnamese food in Hobart. I left feeling satisfied and would definitely go back again.
