Chicken and Beef Pho was excellent despite this being a fast food outlet. Service was so quick, didn"t even have to waot 10 minutes for the order to come through. Located inside Majura Park shopping centre just outside Woolies.

I’ve visited this place several times, and unfortunately the service has been consistently cold. During my most recent visit, I had difficulty hearing my order number being called. By the time I checked my number and went to collect my food, the cashier appeared visibly frustrated, rolled his eyes, and sighed. I asked why he seemed upset, but he denied rolling his eyes and said he was just taking orders, which didn’t reflect what I had just experienced. What made the situation more uncomfortable was that immediately after he took my order with cold reaction, he warmly smiled and interacted cheerfully with the next customer. This review isn’t about comparing how different customers are treated, but about basic professionalism. Eye-rolling, sighing, and showing visible frustration toward a customer is not acceptable, especially when the customer has done nothing wrong. I’ve returned multiple times hoping the experience would improve, but the consistently unfriendly service has made me uncomfortable enough to finally speak up. Good food should be matched with respectful, courteous service for every customer.

Not about the service, there's no service 🤣Except taking the payments. I have visited this shop three times—not because I enjoy it, but because it is close to my work. limited options if I want to get home quickly right after work on somedays. The food is below average, but that’s acceptable on days when I don’t have time to cook. That's not what Im having issue with. What shocks me is the atmosphere. During my first two visits, I didn’t make any comments, even though the male boss was consistently abrupt. I just assumed he was simply too busy. On my third visit, I asked the waitress if I could have a mix of chicken and pork in my banh mi. Before she could respond, the male boss interrupted loudly, saying, “Extra meat, extra money—pay extra!” I thought he misunderstood , so I clarified that I didn’t want extra meat, just a small amount of one chicken and one pork, but he repeated in a raised voice, “No, can not! pay extra money.” was awkward. The waitress appeared so awkward too. This experience was unpleasant and unnecessary. A simple and polite explanation in a normal tone would have been enough. Even if I am short on options after work, I will never return. I am not expecting any sort of service, but just basic respect.. It feels uncomfortable to purchase food in an environment where the owner speaks to customers in that manner. I felt shame about going back there as the previous two visits should have shown enough to stop me, and how could I go back again just because I was hungry.... Rather grab anything from Woolworths which next to it haha

I recently dined at Ms Ba Cô and had a mixed experience. While the food was generally average, with a slight issue of the pho being a tad salty and lacking a bit of flavor, and the banh mi's carrot having a slightly off taste, the standout was the service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and ensured a pleasant dining experience. Despite some minor hiccups with the dishes, the positive atmosphere and great service left me with an overall good impression. I would recommend giving it a try for their warm hospitality.
