We arrived around 11am and had an early lunch, so we were able to get a table right away. Around 12ish, the place started getting really full. We ordered the rice noodles with grilled chicken and the pork chop with rice both were sooo good. The food is tasty, affordable, and definitely worth checking out if you’re in the CBD.

This was the Vietnamese restaurant my parents went some 15+ years ago when they first visited Melbourne. So they have been thinking about it and they finally had it again! It was already crowded on a weekday afternoon at 5pm! The place is not very big- service very fast and good! We truly enjoyed it!

I've always been a fan of pho and have visited probably thousands of different shops now in my lifetime. There are only 2 bucket I put them in. The way they should taste and bad pho. This was the later for me as the meat tasted old and almost spoiled. I got the steak and marrow and was inedible for me. The noodles were good though but the meat was so bad I had to leave it

Pho was good, I'm spoiled with many great pho options back home in California so this wasn't a stand out but decently good that will satisfy a craving. Restuarant was full but service was quick, order from phone by QR code.

Totally impressed by the extensive pho menu - could not resist rare beef with beef tendons. Tendons were so soft and gooey, the pho soup was fresh and balanced, and quite a large serving of rare beef. I’ve had a lot of fresh prawn rolls in my life but I must say these ones at Mekong Vietnam have been the tastiest. Open til 10pm and well centered in Melbourne. You can’t go past it!
