We had Maria's Paella come to Benalla for a work Christmas party, and it was a very enjoyable evening. Maria was super helpful and communicative in the planning stages. The tapas were tasty and it was fun to watch Ash work his magic in the paella pan while the delicious smells wafted amongst the guests. We had the vegetarian and chicken, pork rib and chorizo options. It was well received, and a fun, festive option for a gathering - I would recommend for future events :)

We selected Maria's Paella Mobile catering for our work christmas function. Everyone raved about the food, it was the best caterer we have had in several years for our end of year parties, with plenty of food for everyone. Maria was a pleasure to work with. Would recommend!

Maria catered for our Christmas party last weekend. It was absolutely fantastic. The food was amazing - the tapas were the best I've ever had, and paella was delicious! It was so fun to chat and watch while Maria was preparing too. Communication was really easy and timely. I am looking forward to the next event I need to have catered, and would not hesitate to engage Maria again, or to recommend to others. Seriously YUM!

Well, where do I start? We engaged Maria to cater for my 70th at home. The experience was seamless from start to finish. We chose the seafood and chicken/chorizo selection and our guests have not stopped raving about the taste. Her and colleague, Adam, set up in our backyard which added to the fun atmosphere of the night and our guests were very intrigued with the cooking process. Maria was vivacious and accomodating, a true hospitality professional. Can’t speak or review highly enough.

It was such a pleasure working with Maria. We are car club visiting Tumut and wanted something different for dinner. Communication with Maria was easy, she arrived at agreed time and dinner served promptly. More importantly the paella was delicious even with so carat. Thank you Maria.
