Wow! Best Bánh Mì!!! Had the crispy pork and it was amazing. Heaps of meat and the sauces were very fragrant and delicious. They even pre heated the bun so it was extra crispy on the outside and steamy/doughy in the middle. 15/10 good.

As a picky eater, I usually don’t order food from outside since I’m trying to save money and have a limited diet. This time, however, I decided to try Madame Vuu and ordered three rice bowls. Unfortunately, one of them was given to me as a salad bowl instead (please see the attached picture). The cashier didn’t give me a receipt, so I wasn’t able to double-check my order. She only called out the order number. It wasn’t until we returned to our university that I realized one of the items was incorrect. I couldn’t go back right away because the location isn't close to our university, and my friends were still eating. When I eventually returned to inform the staff, I had difficulty explaining the situation due to a language barrier. I tried several times to explain that I simply wanted a refund, since I wouldn’t be able to eat the incorrect meal — but they didn’t understand me at first. I understand the place was busy when we ordered, but I hope this feedback can help the staff be more mindful when confirming orders. Receiving the wrong item is frustrating, especially when there's no way to eat it or correct the issue in time. In the end, after they finally understood, the staff offered to give me a rice meal. However, I had already lost my appetite and decided not to take it. I appreciate the staff's effort and understand mistakes happen. I just hope the ordering process and customer service can improve moving forward. Thank you.

Found this nice Vietnamese kiosk in Melbourne CBD. The food was so good, lots of vegetable, and authentic taste. Service was great as well especially the owner was very friendly. Highly recommended!

This place is a hidden gem! For the nice foods and the price they charge, it's totally worth it! The Vietnamese salad with pork crackling is my favourite. The meat is tender and the pork crackling is not hard at all. The rice paper roll with grilled chicken is very good and made to order. The rice bowl is simple but tastes delicious. Definitely worth a try if you are in the area.
