Iโve had this place saved in my Google Maps since June last year and just never got around to coming - I wish Iโd done it sooner! I came last night with a friend and it was AMAZING. I had the strip loin beef pho and honestly, if I closed my eyes, I wouldโve thought I was in Vietnam. It was so delicious and full of flavour. The staff were super friendly and smiley, and it was great value for money. Iโll 100% be back, hope to become a regular, and Iโve already told my boyfriend about it who works locally โ so I know heโll be in very soon too! Iโll also definitely be visiting the sister site on Campbell Street.
Had a delicious pho at Madame Nhus. Pho is my ultimate comfort food so I had to try one in Sydney. I went for the spicy meat lovers, which has plenty of protein. Taste and quantity were great, but the spice level was a bit low. Either way the dish delivered!
We had lunch and got 10% off which was nice. Seafood springrolls were crispy but you could not taste any seafood in it. Pho special was decent but I was missing the deep pho bone broth flavor. Squid pepper was okay.
My noodles were fresh and nice while my friend's pho was not good enough to recommend. But the restaurant is still cute and unique.
The food is fantastic. Fresh quality beef and rich pho broth. The seafood spring roll has a unique web like crispy coating. I think they should be pretty fast normally but our order got delayed behind a bunch of online takeouts. It took me a long time to place order at the counter and I was alone.
