It's certainly very nice to see some more Vietnamese food trucks around Canberra. This one specialises in banh mi (bread rolls) and some finger food if you're looking for a small snack. They have basic salad and rice dishes too if you're looking for something a bit more substantial. The grilled pork roll was not too bad and got the job done. Literally the best banh mi in Canberra. We drive 2.5 hours just to eat these yummy rolls. The awesome thing is that they also have a very extensive vegan menu.

Incredible food and hospitality every time! The bahn mi here is a highlight of my week, as is greeting Ang and the other wonderful staff. The food is right up there with the best of what I remember from Vietnam. From the pate to the perfectly pickled carrots, fresh bread and succulent, tender meat, I couldn’t dream of a better sandwich

Nice banh mi however I found the traditional pork a bit dry and the bun didn’t have the crunch I was looking for. Great flavours however Additional reply to owner: thanks for your explanation, I’ll be back in a few weeks!
