Very disappointing dining experience at Kosso. We were a group of three and were told that we were not allowed to sit at a sofa table because it was “for four people only.” However, shortly after that, we saw another group of three Western customers being seated at a sofa table, which felt extremely unfair and discriminatory. On top of that, the pork served to us was dark in color and clearly not fresh. It was shocking that the kitchen still sent out food of such poor quality. Overall, both the food quality and service were absolutely terrible. This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had, and I will never come back nor recommend this place to anyone. ———————— Reply to kosso's reply: First of all, when we arrived, the restaurant was almost empty. The staff did not make any effort to assist us in arranging a sofa table. Secondly, none of the tables were marked as “reserved”. Being told that sofa tables are only for four people because of reservations, while walk-in customers are not allowed, was honestly quite laughable under those circumstances. More importantly, the pork that was served to us was visibly black and clearly not fresh. When we raised this with the staff, they were initially unwilling to replace it. It was only after we firmly stated that we would not eat it due to freshness concerns that it was finally changed. A business that truly wants to improve should be willing to acknowledge its own problems. Anyway, we will not be returning.

This place was amazing! The meat was so fresh and delicious that we finished every single plate，nothing left behind. ☺️Definitely worth recommending!

Really tasty food! 🌟 The side dishes are refillable, which is awesome. I highly recommend the cold noodles so refreshing and perfect for summer. The beef is also super good quality and delicious. Definitely a place worth trying!

I absolutely love this place and it’s my favourite Korean bbq in Adelaide. Last night, I went again for dinner and everything was perfect. Good value, amazing service and incredible food. The meat has always been tender and delicious and it’s just a great night out

Have dined here and come back several times. The service is great, staff are quite attentive and friendly. The food is good and the meat quality is good. Quality fresh cut meats but unexpectedly some meats were frozen due to some delivery issues on one occasion. The bbq fan exhaust system was well designed - an underground built system works well and make the bbq session more bearable dining experience. Toilets are roomy and kept clean. **not lisenced yet
