We ordered the Beef selection for three. We really enjoyed all the options of juicy meats. We especially liked the range of sides, including the lettuce, kimchi and sauces. There was a LOT of food. The Beef selection came with lots of vegetables, which wasnโ€™t clear from the menu, and we ordered extra, which wasnโ€™t really needed. The staff were really helpful with the cooking. We would like more help at the start when ordering, but there was only a QR code. The lettuce taco was loved by Theo. Overall, the food was really healthy, delicious and great fun for everyone. I had an incredible dining experience at KOGI Korean BBQ and can easily give it a full five stars. The standout dishes were the pork belly and the wagyu beef, both cooked to perfection with rich flavour and amazing tenderness. The pork belly was beautifully crisp on the outside yet juicy throughout, while the wagyu melted in the mouth with every bite. The meal was further elevated by a great selection of tap beers, all served fresh and cold, which paired perfectly with the richness of the BBQ. The side dishes (banchan) were another highlightโ€”fresh, generous, and full of variety. Each plate offered something different, from crisp vegetables to beautifully seasoned kimchi and savoury bites that balanced the grilled meats perfectly. The selection felt abundant and well-prepared, adding a lot of depth and enjoyment to the meal.

Come with me to the OG K BBQ spot. The founder brought Korean BBQ to Australia over 35 years ago. I tried their hand-cut meats from the in-house butcher like LA short ribs and suwon galbi grilled over binchotan charcoal. I enjoyed their pork bone soup and kimchi fried rice with their housemade kimchi. This is Kogi Korean BBQ at Market City.

Great charcoal Korean BBQ with premium hand-cut meats! I tried their suwon beef ribs and marinated galbi beef ribs and both were delicious, especially when combined with their in-house made kimchi. I also enjoyed their loaded fall off the bone spicy pork bone soup and kimchi fried rice topped with egg, plus there's also soju highballs!
