I strongly advise against booking this business. I booked Juan for my birthday party to cater for 60 people but he failed to show up. The communication was poor from the start. On the day of the party I messaged him an hour after his scheduled time, only to be told he had an accident and wouldn’t be coming. This was extremely unprofessional and completely unreliable. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

Juan catered an event at our home and did a brilliant job! Easy set up and pack down, generous serves and delicious paella which our guests loved. Thank you!

We had organised Juan for our wedding last weekend. Whilst Juan wasn't very prompt in replying to texts, emails or calls, we originally weren't concerned as he generally has good reviews. I spoke with Juan the Monday before the wedding and he confirmed the date and arrival time. On our wedding day, Juan had not arrived prior to the ceremony which got me concerned. After the ceremony, myself and several others tried to call Juan but no response. Only after another hour did Juan message to inform me he had been in a crash and was unable to attend the wedding. He later sent me photos of a crashed van, but what was an evening shot. As Juan was due to arrive at the wedding at 2pm, I was suspicious about shots that were taken much later in the night still blocking a main road. I searched Juan's van and noted that the registration had been expired for over 8 months on that van. When I later messaged Juan the next day expressing my disappointment and requesting a refund on our deposit, I had no reply whatsoever.

Juan catered my daughters birthday for around 30 people. He came on time, served delicious food, answered everyones questions patiently and left a clean premises. From the first time I contacted him he has been very promt at answering my queries, providing invoice etc. I highly recommend Juan for any catering.

We had Juan cater for a private in-home birthday function for around 40 people. Juan provided excellent service, arriving on time, serving delicious paella and once he had gone, you wouldn't have known he was there, his tidy-up was so thorough! He happily chatted with all of the guests asking questions and provided service with a smile. Not only that, the paella was an excellent choice for catering due the various dietary restrictions it catered to. The serving sizes satisfied even the biggest of appetites and all of our guests commented on how much they enjoyed it! Thank you Juan for making it so easy and delicious! Highly recommend!
