Came here for lunch about 1:30p.m. and there was no queue. Ordered the 3pc Beef Birria Tacos which was super delicious and only had a short wait time. Would recommend others to try!

Stumbled across this little food truck while looking for a lunch spot during my lunch break. Although the pricing seemed on the high side, the birria tacos were delicious!

These were by far the best tacos I ever had. Super delicious slow cooked beef, with amazing fresh ingredients and sauces. Jorge also had some interesting options like mexican ramen which seemed a bit too fusion for me, but i appreciate his creativity. If I lived in Adelaide I would be a regular customer for sure!

Finally, a new taco food truck in the CBD. I had a quick lunch of a couple of mixed tacos. The pick of them was definitely the chicken in a beautiful soft tortilla. The chicken and sauce were lovely with the very mildest heat and other accompaniments were good too.The beef taco was grilled to make it crunchy but the grilling resulted in a flavoursome crispy Taco albeit somewhat oily. The chilli sauce was served on the side and it had a good punch. It's definitely worth another visit.
