Avoid this malatang place — the hygiene is terrible. Every bowl we got had bugs in it, which was absolutely disgusting and made us lose our appetite. When we complained, the staff were dismissive and didn’t take food safety seriously. Really disappointed.

This is a Malatang restaurant with the worst service among all. When we arrived, we took our food and paid at the cashier. We were served very badly. The waiter served the food with an angry face and slammed the bowl. At that time, my order was missing rice, so with an angry face, he took the rice while banging the rice bowl and without saying a word of apology. Then I asked for a glass to drink tap water, but the glass was not given and finally I ate without drinking anything. In the video is the waiter's face

Pretty average for a malatang joint. The vegetables looked less than fresh when we got there. Selection was not great compared to other places, although they did have fresh noodles so that was good. Had to wait a little but that was understandable as there were a number of people just got there before us. Unfortunately my soup was not hot - quite warm but no where near the required temperature. Taste was fine but the temperature of the soup really let it down.

Ingredients weren’t very fresh soup was ok, vibey atmosphere Middling malatang. Was honestly expecting more based on the reviews but was underwhelmed at the quality of the ingredients. Soup was ok and staff were friendly enough. Not the most amazing malatang i’ve had but still hit the spot, sorta…

The classic soup base tastes much better than other places in town. Not too salty and oily but still super flavorful! Love the dry pot mix. Gonna try other flavors next time!
