The food was very tasty, but what stood out the most was the service. Impeccable. You honestly don’t find service like this anymore. They went above and beyond to cater to my needs being pregnant and were extremely knowledgeable. Also, their prawn ravioli - get it! It was perfection! The bread roll was very unique and delicious and the Wagyu beef was incredibly tender, even though I had to eat it well done, it was still very tender! Thank you guys for an amazing experience.

Ito at Surry Hills isn’t just a dinner, it’s an experience! When you’re paying the extra money for a night out, it’s exactly what you want. An excellent layout and feeling as you walk into the venue. The food is clean, fresh, vibrant and most importantly delicious. Our waiter was so friendly and knowledgeable, really helped us understand the menu. We were a group of 4 and decided to just choose our dinner and shared everything. The tuna and wagyu strip were the standouts, but everything was excellent. If we went today and picked everything we didn’t choose, I am sure we would have the same experience. Oh, and the bread is GOATED, a must order!

We had the banquet menu, it was a lot of food, loved the ravioli and King prawn. The veal katsu with rice was a bit disappointing though, because it was the main course at the end we had pretty high expectations, but the meat was thin, well done, and felt greasy and plain after the amazing seafood. We wanted to take it away because we were too full, the servers were very understanding. Overall pretty good, but we're definitely not going to order the banquet menu if we ever visit again.

Awesome dining experience! The restaurant fitout is so cool... Amazing modern Japanese feel to it... The restaurant's fitout is so simple yet so endearing and inviting! Outside seating is also available and is/has a vibe of its own... Service is/was w🌏rld class... The worst part of this place/review (sadly) was the food... The beef tartare was so so/nothing special... As were the king 🦐... The wagyu at $98 was also overrated and I don't think it was worth $98... The 🧂 bread rolls with the 🧄 and seaweed 🧈 tho was a game changer! I have never tasted anything so/more delicious in my life... The mayo they also used in this place waz yum too, it was like Kewpie and aoli with a kick on steroids!

One of our favourite restaurants in Sydney. The mix of flavours is next level. Brought my wife here for her 40th. We got the private dining area which was perfect for our group of 16. We ordered the $89 banquet and added in the eggplant and sirloin. Service was impeccable. Always there to fill up the water glasses or take drink orders. They made some cheese pasta for the my kids as well. Can’t wait to be back.
