About
Love their Laksa soup, it tasted better than Malay Chinese noodles and bigger portion. The fried rice sticks has lovely wok breath aroma, Yummy with pickled green chilli and Sambal on top.

Once upon a time, this restaurant served food worth returning for. Sadly, those days appear to have been packed away with the missing portion sizes. The takeaway I received was impressively small โ not in a refined, Michelin-style minimalism sort of way, but more in a โblink and itโs goneโ kind of experience. One might admire the commitment to portion control, if only it had been mentioned on the menu. As for the service, confidence is usually a wonderful trait. Unfortunately, what I encountered was confidence taken on an unscheduled detour into arrogance. Being made to feel like an inconvenience rather than a customer was a bold choice, and not one Iโd recommend repeating. In short: less food, less warmth, and significantly less reason to return. Nostalgia may bring you in, but disappointment will see you out. ๐คฎ
We come here every now and again when craving laksa. I like the laksa broth, I like the mixed noodle option, but would be good if there was option to have more things in the broth as very little fillings are provided other than the noodle when ordering prawn for example - they could add more vegetables and tofu. Will try some other things here, but good for a quick laksa or malaysian dish in casual atmosphere that is clean and bright.

ELITE! Photos are from 2 separate visits - a weekday lunch (no wait) and a Friday dinner (10-20min wait). Small restaurant but fast turnarounds. Everything weโve tried has been delicious, the tofu puffs in the laksa and fish cakes in the noodle soup are stand outs! Red bean dessert is the best one Iโve ever had.
I've been trying to find places that sell good laksa since moving to North Sydney, and it seems like I finally found my go to. Into Laksa has so many different options of Laksa as well as other dishes you can select from. Their chrysanthemum ice tea was quite sweet, probably a little too sweet for my liking, but felt like I was drinking cold liquid honey and was absolutely delicious regardless. I tried the seafood laksa there, and my goodness it did not disappoint. The fact that they included mussels, prawns, crab, and more in their seafood laksa made it a 5 star for me. I did take take-away, yet managed to have a second to take in the quaint little restaurant, and I absolutely loved it. It was so clean, and the aesthetic had a calming sort of effect. Highly recommend Into Laksa!! :)
