Delicious food, a nice variety of dishes😋 and a relaxed atmosphere that made the whole meal enjoyable.The staff were friendly and the overall service felt smooth from start to finish.It is a great spot for a casual meal or a relaxed date night, and definitely worth a visit.

Me and my family visited here for my mam’s birthday on December 21st 2025 with a party of around 10-12 people. We were the only ones in the restaurant at the time which was nice but with no real background music, it was a little too quiet. However more people did come in whist we ate and background music was played so not too bad. The service: I can’t fault. The staff were really good and caring to any needs that we had, including multiple drink orders and prompt service. The food; The food was tasty, including meat and vegetarian options as my wife if vegetarian and the menu choice was pretty good, with multiple vegetarians and a vegan lifestyle choice was catered too also. The grill used to cook the meats is cool, but if you have a big party, it will take a while to cook the meats, but this could be a good or a bad thing too depending on how you look at it. I will say, the portion sizes aren’t very big for what you actually pay and therefore come across as a little on the higher price side. Overall, the family and I had a nice time and a good visit here. I can’t say I’d rush to recommend or I’d be back in a hurry, BUT I would eat here again at some point.

The food was delicious we got the BBQ with spicy pork, garlic prawns, and enoki mushrooms. The atmosphere was lovely and the servers were very friendly and polite. Overall a great experience.

Great restaurant. Five of us visited unplanned and were met with professional and polite staff. Interior was clean and comfortable and the good was fresh and full of flavour. Good value for money and generous portions We have already recommended to others.

An amazing dining experience! Everything was perfectly presented and delicious! The fried chicken starter and kimchi were the best I have ever had. The BBQ meats were excellent and you cook it over charcoal for full flavour and experience. Service was excellent and portion sizes were good. The restaurant is beautifully designed and has a great atmosphere. Really enjoyed everything about INSA. Everything was very high quality.
