We’ve visited Haru Korean BBQ in Taigum four times now, and unfortunately, our experience has gone downhill. The first visit was fine—decent meat and fast service—but each visit after that got worse. On the third visit, the portions didn’t match our orders—six people, but tiny servings. Last night was the worst. They served the wrong quantities, the meat quality was awful compared to what we ordered (definitely not Wagyu), and we left still hungry after waiting endlessly. After a long wait, they didn’t even bring the rest of our food, then told us we had 10 minutes left at the table. Extremely disappointing. We won’t be returning.

Great experience for the price (just under $50pp + drinks) food came well presented and in a timely manner. Staff were (for the most part) very helpful and friendly. Overall worth the money .

I was really disappointed with my first visit. We ordered the cold noodles and they arrived in less than 3 minutes! The noodles were still frozen like ice. I honestly wouldn’t have minded waiting a bit longer if it meant the dish was properly prepared instead of just served straight from frozen. The meat is frozen as well! This restaurant is not authentic at all and the meat didn’t impress us! On top of that, the staff weren’t very friendly, which made the whole experience even less enjoyable. Unfortunately if you live up north, just travel a little closer to the city, you’ll find much better options

Amazing staff and delicious food! I love how chill it feels here, no need to rush at all. The unlimited side dishes are awesome (I’m obsessed with the takoyaki!), and the meats were sooo good. The beef bulgogi and wagyu are a must! Plus, we got free ice cream! Definitely coming back with friends 💗

Staff are very kind,polite and friendly. Great choices of meats. Unlimited buffet comes with eat all you can.. Ice cream to finish off :) I definitely will come back with my friends..
