The food itself was good, but the customer service was extremely poor. Staff members were inattentive and unhelpful, they just completely ignored customer. Good service matters, and this place seriously needs improvement. Have been there many times just because of good food, but the service is very poor.

Amazing consistent food get more for the money you spend then going to the all you can eat Koren places in town. A variety of bbq options and Korea dishes. The steamed egg is a must have. They can get very busy but the service is great even when the place is full. I've been here at least 10 times the meat is good quality and have a good ration of sides.

Amazing food! My friends and I had such a great experience here. Our waitress, Helen, was fantastic—she took the time to walk us through the menu, explain our options, and recommend what she thought would suit us best. She was so kind and genuine, which really made the whole experience extra special. Such great quality food, and the side dishes were endless!! We’ll definitely be coming back!

Hanok Korean BBQ locates at Westfield Kotara Rooftop. We visited it on Easter Sunday so I was told by its staff to drive up to Westfield 3rd floor carpark. Its food quality is good and the service is also good. The staff changed the grill actively and even changed the charcoal oven.

Best Korean BBQ in New South Wales! Hanok offers an incredible dining experience with top-quality meat and delicious flavours. It’s about a 3-hour drive from Sydney, but absolutely worth the trip. Expect to spend $50-70 per person for an unforgettable meal. Highly recommend!
