Had an awesome time here. The chef and floor manager were super friendly, always checking in so we never ran out of anything. You can really feel the quality compared to usual all-you-can-eat spots. Loved that they give rosemary for the charcoal โ€” smells amazing and lifts the whole vibe. Beef tongue was perfect thickness, and the charcoal aroma soaked right in. Doenjang stew was great too. Definitely coming back, especially with their extended hours now. One of those spots you keep thinking about. ์šฐ์„ค๋จน์œผ๋Ÿฌ ์ž์ฃผ๊ฐˆ๊ฒŒ์š”โค๏ธโค๏ธ๐Ÿคค

Absolutely amazing! The meat was seriously delicious โ€” super juicy with that perfect charcoal aroma. The wagyu was melt-in-your-mouth good, and the sliced pork belly with the knife cuts was literally a work of art. The place itself looks really classy and well designed, which makes the whole vibe even better. Honestly one of the best BBQ spots Iโ€™ve tried. Totally recommend! ๋ฉœ๋ฒˆ ์ตœ๊ณ ์˜ ๊ณ ๊ธฐ์ง‘ !! ์ž์ฃผ ๊ฐˆ๊ฒŒ์š”

Great venue for a little K-Bbq with friendly staff! We had the Set B banquet for 2 and the beef roll was the stand out. Also highly reccomend the spicy soy garlic fried chicken!

We dined with Guhng The Palace for a birthday celebration with my wife. We got there a little later in the evening so their ground floor was full. They accommodated us nicely and we had the whole upstairs area to ourselves. The food was great and they even came out with makeshift cake and candles for the occasion. Love your work guys!

Saw this spot ranked #1 on TimeOut and decided to give it a go, even though I already have a few favourite KBBQ joints in Melbourne. I can definitely see why the reviews are so high โ€” the dining experience caters more toward a Western audience, with the meat cooked by staff at your table rather than by yourself. The atmosphere was lively, with lots of groups enjoying drinks, so the vibe is definitely there. That said, the experience does have its trade-offs. As other reviews mentioned, thereโ€™s a bit of an issue when one person is managing the grill and the side refills โ€” it led to a few pieces of overcooked or even burnt meat at our table. Our server was friendly and attentive overall, though there were a few hiccups with missed orders. They made up for it with complimentary rice, which we appreciated. In terms of the food โ€” Iโ€™d call it average overall. We tried nearly every meat option, and nothing really stood out. The pork belly was probably the best of the bunch โ€” and also the cheapest cut. The Korean fried chicken was juicy but the batter lacked strong flavour and felt a bit underwhelming. The sides were a mixed bag: โ€ข Japchae was a highlight โ€“ a bit sweet but cooked beautifully. โ€ข Kimchi pancake was my personal favourite. โ€ข Corn cheese was basic but decent. โ€ข Kimchi stew was described as mediocre by one of our group. โ€ข Sides were fine overall, though I didnโ€™t love the lettuce wraps or the gochujang โ€” the sauce lacked that thick, rich flavour Iโ€™m used to. I can understand why itโ€™s a hit with certain crowds, especially with the service-focused dining style and Western appeal. However, I didnโ€™t see many locals dining in, which might say something about how it compares to more traditional KBBQ joints. One big plus: the floor manager (or owner) was incredibly polite and made us feel welcome. You can tell he genuinely care about hospitality. Overall, it was a good experience โ€” but for me, the food didnโ€™t quite live up to the hype.
