I came here after Googling restaurants near MOD and this came across as a โmust goโ place, I got excited and passed a few decent looking restaurants on the way only found this corner shop run by one stuff who broke frozen sliced beef apart with bare hands before putting in the pot then arrange veggies in the bowl using same hands unwashedโฆ whole experience is like seeing tom hardy on dating profile but meeting Kim jong un in person
food is delicious and affordable i here all the time!! the lady who owns this shop is super nice and generous with food portions
A different experience as it comes as a platter! The lovely lady did say she could make them but I wanted to see and experience the platter. Its basically make your own, and they had a sauce to add to it and there was chilli oil on the table over all the food was good, not the best Bahn Mi, but still good! The experience was fun the lady who served was lovely. Definitely Recommend this place. ๐๐ป
I'm making it my mission to review every bowl of pho in Adelaide. Restaurants I have tried so far: 7 Go-to order: Combination Beef Pho Tiny little lunch spot tucked next to the On The Run petrol station โ only four seats, run by one hardworking woman. Everything in my pho was prepped fresh, and I loved being able to watch the cooking process; making pho is no small task. The bowl was well presented with beef slices, beef balls, plenty of onion, spring onion, and lots of black pepper. The broth was rich and oily with just the right amount of fat, and the serving size was huge โ especially for the very reasonable price (something inner-city places would gasp at). No background music here, just the sound of cars queuing for fuel and the doorbell going off every 30 seconds. A hidden gem for an honest bowl of pho.
I had one today and let me tell you hands down the best Banh Mi in this CBD. Everything in the economy is overpriced and really hard to find a place that is cheap and good quality like this place. Good food, good life! The staff is really friendly too as well. Definitely try it out - really worth every single penny!!!
