We hosted the most incredible event at GIPS in their private room and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The team members were warm, professional and genuinely lovely, making the entire experience feel seamless and special. The food was outstanding, every dish beautifully presented and delicious, and the cake was truly incredible. The service was immaculate throughout the event, attentive without ever being intrusive. We could not fault a single thing and would highly recommend GIPS for anyone looking to host a memorable function. ✨

Gips held our wedding reception this year and it was just phenomenal ✨ despite raining during our extended cocktail hour, staff professionally transitioned our 70+ guests inside for an intimate, candlelit affair. Our reception space in the James Taylor room was set up beautifully in unison with Emunah Events (stylist). The food, drinks and service were impeccable, particularly given the dietary requirements we had. Thank you very much to Danielle and her team for making our day so very special 🤍

Timeless Elegance ✨ We had the absolute pleasure of styling and providing florals for a recent wedding at Gips Toowoomba and can’t speak highly enough of the experience of working with Danielle and the team there. The team was professional, accommodating, and genuinely passionate about creating unforgettable moments for their couples. The space itself offers beautiful historical and timeless architecture, with the gardens a perfect spot for the ceremony being lush, green and having the lighting overhead made this space truly magical. We loved our lunch at Gips as we came for a day trip to Toowoomba for the Festival of the Flowers. Service, food and cocktails were superb, highly recommend this place! We had starters and mains, were unable to fit in dessert! Thanks Gip's team for creating a warm, welcoming and professional ambiance for us to enjoy.

The food at Gip's restaurant is absolutely amazing. It's at the top of my list whenever I visit Toowoomba. You will not be disappointed and the prices are very reasonable for the quality of the meals. Double thumbs up to whoever hires their chefs, they are so good.
