We travel all the way from Brisbane to eat here. The service and food has always been good, but the new management has taken both of these to the next level! The bread was so fresh, the meat melts in your mouth and the desserts were beautiful. Will be back again soon!!

This place was awesome. Authentic feel, good was absolutely amazing, staff were friendly and the head chef set the night off, telling us about the dishes, offering up extra sauces to try, and complimentary baklava taster at the end. Portion sizes were generous, the banquet for three was a great spread to try a range of their top dishes and was more than enough for the three of us, we took our leftovers home to finish off tomorrow 😉 great spot, will recommend to family and friends 💯👌

First time at El Attar and we really loved it. Mido was so friendly and attentive from the moment we arrived, felt very welcome. The food was all delicious, proper Egyptian/Middle Eastern food made with skill. We need to go back and try more menu items and the teas/coffees on offer! Absolutely amazing experience at El Attar, the host was incredibly friendly and attentive. Was there for a family gathering, banquet is a must have for groups, great portions of amazing food, an almost all you can eat style. Host even packed the leftovers (dinner sorted ;-)) Highly recommend, great food and fantastic hospitality.
