Love the atmosphere setting of an open air street style! Served by a friendly Malay janggut bloke. To the other reviewers who cried about the no renovation of the place; go to a stiff restaurant/cafe. Delicious char kway teow & sambal sotong.

I had high hopes before visiting this place. Don't get fooled by other positive reviews. Ridiculous food with pathetic quality, quantity, service and value. Ordered Ladna soup and Tea Tarik and paid $22. Initially, I inquired about Ayam Laksa and the aged bearded male staff explained to me that it's sour and it's made with sardine broth. But I didn't order it. I was served Ayam Laksa by the female staff after some reasonable waiting time. It was served in a tiny single use plastic soup bowl but gave rusted steel cutlery. Can see it in the picture. I started to taste a few spoons. I did not like the taste of it and it was awful although the sardine fishy broth was decent and tasted fresh but It was full of mushy rice noodles and very little broth. That was my first time tasting it, and never again would I try it. It's not like curry laksa. Glad the lady came and checked if the order was right! Gave 2 stars for that. Immediately, the staff removed the wrong order and served me the Ladna Soup. I haven't seen a soup dish served on a small, flimsy single use plastic plate ever in my life. Ladna soup is actually Wat Tan Hor Fun Noodles. It was horrible as well. The baby corn tasted off and it was spoiled. It was watery and not thick corn starch-based egg soup. It literally had 2 pieces of chicken and 2 pieces of prawn, a few vegetables and greens. Had minimal wok hay and that's the only positive of this dish. $17 for this mess is a daylight robbery. Tea Tarik was watered down with minimal milk. There are plenty of places that sell hot milk tea at better quality for $5 in a restaurant set up within a few kilometres. Will never return to this place. A small business or a food truck styled street food will usually strive hard to give exceptional taste and value. This place is definitely a disappointment.

The most amazing and authentic satay you can find in brisbane with the satay stall, smell and taste. The taste of the satay is so amazing that with the first bite on the satay dipped into the satay sauce brought me back to Malaysia in an instance. 10/10 indeed. Well marinated meat and such great balanced sauce with good sweetness that we canโ€™t help but to clean up the bowl of sauce. Nasi lemak rendang is another of my favourite dish in this store. Such authentic taste with fresh herbs and tender meat. Love their jobs! Would definitely highly recommend to visit and will be back for more.

Delicious fresh Roti and Kuay Teow Goreng from Dragon Stall Malaysian Cafe. ๐Ÿ˜‹ Not only tastes authentic, but even feels just like youโ€™ve just been transported to some roadside stall in Malaysia. ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ If you need a fix of good old fashion Malay cuisine, definitely check this place out.

Visited this Dragon Stall with family and friends for second time. I can't believe that this gem serves authentic Mee Goreng. It was delicious just like how it would be served in Malaysia! I've also had the Nasi Lemak with Rendang Ayam , Nasi Lemak with Sambal Sotong and Satay ayam . Great atmosphere, friendly service and food arrives promptly. Will go back.
