People come here for the laksa and for me, it has been consistent for over 20 years. The laksa soup is creamy and flavoursome. Generous with protein serving so that is never disappointing. A small is quite a decent size. Laksas here and in Dickson are always 5/5 even when vegetables are scarce in this combination meat laksa bowl. Wine and beers are so affordable - one of the many perks. A glass of wine starting at $5.50 unheard of in restaurants! 5/5 also! Went out of my comfort zone this time and ordered the shallot pancakes and fresh meat/prawn rolls as well. The shallot pancakes came out in cubes and rather oily. The fresh rolls lacked flavour balance and ingredients balance. Iād probably give those two dishes 2/5.
Very yummy laksa. Recommended place to go have a group dinner.
Hands down one of the best Thai restaurants in Australia and the best one in Canberra š We love prawn laksa, duck noodle soup, som tam Lao (papaya salad), roast duck salad and Thai desserts. Fresh ingredients. Attentive service. Generous serving. Highly recommend if you are looking for authentic Thai cuisine.
Affordable authentic thai fast food experience. Great for uni student. Remind me of home-cooked food. Menu is simple to navigate. I'm glad that it is able to open back up.
Indeed, it has the best Laksa in Canberra! This place made us realise that Laksa is indeed a good dish and made us a fan as well. Our usual orders are the Combination Laksa and any of the noodle dishes. The price of two will not exceed $30 and you already have a full meal (even have a takeaway).
