Delicious bubble tea and nice cups, cute decor and overall a nice relaxing hidden Café with friendly staff and good background music.

The dishes were delicious, paired with fragrant rice. The portions were quite big and I would highly recommend it to anyone who misses rice!

There is a great variety of food. The staff are very friendly when entering the restaurant. The decor of the restaurant looks a little old. But still very warm and cute. There's a menu on the table. There's a menu on the wall. The bar also has a menu. It's kind of hard to know where to start. We ordered fried noodles and pork rice. And snacks. Overall I think the food is cheap. But I don't know if it's because there's so much variety. Quality is not taken into account. For example, the meat of Lu Rou is a little dry🥲I hope my next visit can have a different improvement and progress

Friendly staff, both at lunch and dinner. I enjoyed the lunch more than dinner, lunch meals were more appealing for me. Dinner prices were priced a bit more especially for my husband 's duck and veggies, $25 for just a small serve, I think it was not good value. Lunch deals were better, hub enjoyed his sweet and sour pork plus pearl milk tea nd I love the chicken satay.

While in Launceston we decided to try Chi Chi Cafe. We booked ahead and were greeted by a friendly staff member at the door . The food ordered, Cashew Chicken and Deep Fried pork, along with some Pork Dumplings was tasty and served in a timely manner. The Cafe is near Hospitals, shopping venues and the Elizabeth Street Carpark, which is accessible via Vincent Street The only thing that we would change is maybe the Decor, which could do with a little upgrading , but otherwise a very pleasant little place to sit and relax.
