Great food and excellent service. Portions were generous, everything was fresh and full of flavour, and the dishes were really well presented. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. Definitely worth a visit — would happily come back again! 😋
Had lunch at Chaos Bistro in Chinatown and it was absolutely amazing. I ordered the roast pork salad bowl and my partner got the grilled beef roll, and both were outstanding. The pork was crispy, flavorful and perfectly cooked, the salad was fresh and well-balanced, and the grilled beef roll was packed with smoky, savory goodness. Everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared. Highly recommend if you’re in the area. Going to recommend this to family and friends for sure!!
This is a 10/10 experience! Best modern Veit place I've been to in Australia, including all the places in Melbourne. The beef rib pho was phenomenal. The rib fell off the bone. The spices and herbs were perfectly balanced. We also had the combination noodle salad. Every vegetable was incredibly fresh. Pork was tender, beef ball was juicy, and the spring roll very crunchy. There was a real attention to detail. And the peach tea was terrific as well. A top destination for Adelaide
My favourite Vietnamese spot in Adelaide, ever. And trust me, I’m a VERY picky pho eater… my mum makes it at home, so the bar is HIGH. But nothing compares to the pho at Chaos Bistro. The meat is so tender it literally falls off the bone… soft, flavour-packed, and absolutely outstanding. If you’re chasing true QUALITY and real flavour, this is the place for you! And don’t even get me started on the drinks! Oolong tea with Salted Milk Foam is my absolute obsession They also serve all your favourite Vietnamese classics but elevated: think sizzling bò né, dry egg noodles, and so much more. There’s truly something for everyone! 10/10 for service too! Super friendly staff!
Exceeded my expectations! The dishes were tasty and well presented. The staff were not only polite but also very warm and welcoming—they genuinely made us feel comfortable with their happy smiles, especially to kids. Will definitely come back again.
