Tonight I got the carbonara and it was gluggy, bacon was raw and it overall tasted horrible. My partners food was cold and another ladies food at our table tasted like chemicals which was concerning. No light bulb in ladies toilet so had to use flash light which is when I discovered how disgusting it was in there. Which the restaurant wasn’t the cleanest either, some of the forks on our table still had food on them which was gross. Waitress was trying her best being the only one on floor she did really well with such a big order. Pricing was on the cheaper side but still paying $21 for a small bowel of pasta you’d expect it to be edible. Won’t be back.

Birthday day table. Food was okay. Service was amazing. Not happy about being told my steak wasn’t available 30 minutes after ordering, then proceeds to order the same steak in a burger which was available ??? They have no idea on how to present or serve food, defiantly needs an upgrade within the kitchen. Staff couldn’t serve drinks unless the waitress was there to serve. Toilets have no lights, toilet paper all over floor and toilets haven’t even been cleaned. Hygiene problem at risk Absolute waste of time.

As soon as I walked in I didn’t have high hopes. Ordered an Australian pizza, basically an Aussie pizza with egg and bacon. Pizza came out quickly but was so dry, with barely any sauce. Had basically no flavour and was so floppy you couldn’t eat it with your hands. I asked for a takeaway box and was left at the table for another ten minutes while the lady hung around the bar. Had to ask again for the box. Bathroom was very dirty, the toilet nearly fell apart when I flushed. Would not recommend, owners need to step up their game and put in some work to improve.

I ordered a chicken parma, and the team went above and beyond to customise it exactly how I wanted. It’s rare to find a place that genuinely listens to your preferences and delivers it perfectly! The chicken was tender, the sauce was rich and flavourful, and the cheese was melted to perfection — just the way I like it. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made me feel really looked after. The atmosphere at Casa is relaxed yet lively, making it a great spot for both casual dinners and nights out with friends. Huge thanks to the team for the amazing service and delicious food — I’ll definitely be coming back soon! 🍽️👏

Went here on Saturday 2nd December for a date night as been wanting to try this place. Sat outside in the outdoor area, staff were very accommodating, checking in regularly, the food was very filling and good prices! Will definitely be back, their outdoor area will be perfect in the warmer weather for more date nights 😊
