Chicken was flavoursome but not moreish. The pieces were a bit chunky for my liking. They had a good amount of sauce coating. It wasn't bad but it wasn't amazing. The place lacked an in area dining. There were a couple of tables outside in the alley but literally only takeaway.
Chicken is absolutely fantastic. Great flavours and awesome portion sizes, Iโve been in store once and ordered out a few times myself via DoorDash. Never disappoints, The staff were exceptional and very friendly and even gave recommendations for which chicken flavour is best suited for their burger. Highly recommend to anyone looking to try a new spot or if youโre a big fan of fried chicken! Will be back again
Excellent Busan chicken hub, service was great, fresh crunchy chicken bite size portions and you choose your flavoured sauce, a hidden little spot in the walk thru arcade in Cardiff, Definitely highly recommended spot
Got half snow cheese and half garlic, took about twenty minutes and was worth the wait. Don't let the price fool you, each plate feeds 2-3 people and chicken is halal though I learnt that from word of mouth and forgot to ask the staff. Area outside the place is pretty dirty and has trash. Not their fault and food is good but still was a bad look.
I had the pleasure of trying out Busan Chicken Hub, and I can't rave enough about it! With their new location in Newcastle right across from the Civic Theatre, this place is destined to become a local favorite. Before their grand opening, we sampled the yangyeon chicken and original chicken, and let me tell youโeach bite was a flavor explosion! The slight kick of spice in the yangyeon chicken perfectly complemented its incredible taste. The garlic soy chicken combo was equally delicious, with a savory richness that left us wanting more. We tried the delicious Korean hotdog which is a traditional Korean street food staple, consisting of gooey mozzarella in a batter, which is then deep-fried until golden brown coated with sugar. For dessert, we indulged in the mango bing su, which was refreshingly delightful. To top off our meal, we enjoyed cold brew cass and Chum Chitin Chardonnayโperfect pairings for a fantastic dining experience. Busan Chicken Hub is truly off the hook! If you're in the area, make sure to stop byโyou won't be disappointed!
