Ooh lala! An extensive menu of delicious tapas, a great wine list, $2.50 oysters and our host who was personable and knowledgeable. The lamb shoulder for two was awesome (but please give us some acidity, it's super rich!!) and the churros excellent. Overall, it's a wonderful place for a decadent lunch in a quirky venue.

I really like Bouzy Rouge! Over many years it has maintained a consistent high level of food and service. It has an excellent wine list with a range of price levels. Tonight was another enjoyable meal with great personable service. Admittedly, it was a very quiet night (early January) but once again they knocked it out of the park!

Instead of the traditional Christmas ham, I ordered the Bouzy Rouge paella as a take away catering order for our family Christmas dinner and I have to say — it’s hands-down the best paella in Melbourne. My family was impressed and I was a hero. I’ve tried many options over the years, but nothing beats this. The flavours, the texture and the quality are all outstanding — truly a standout dish. If you’re looking for Melbourne’s best paella you must try it. Highly recommended! Jeremy

The food is truly delicious! The atmosphere inside is inviting and cosy. It is classy with a hint of quirky. The staff are warm, bubbly and attentive. Overall, it is a great place to have dinner and/or drinks. Highly recommend

A nice Spanish restaurant and lounge in Richmond. Food was delicious! Paella was really good, loved the churros as well…the interior was really bold and intimate. Service was good, the staff were friendly. Would come back again just for the paella!
