Those who know me, know that Bay's Pho is my absolute favourite place to order Bun Bo Hue. I've been coming here ever since my Uni days and have not been able to find a place that does their BBH the same. The spicy yet *light*, flavourful broth is what really differentiates Bay's Pho from other restuarants in Adelaide. The noodles are the perfect balance of soft and bouncy, never under or over-cooked. I always order (dine-in and delivery) from here whenever I can. I've ordered so often, that now even my coworkers at work are also hooked on the BBH. Their noodle soup always hits the spot, and has cheered me up on multiple occasions. Whenever I have friends visiting Adelaide from interstate or abroad, I will always have a meal with them here. I can confirm that their Pho and Laksa are delicious as well. The service is always great, and they accomodate my food requests with no hassle everytime. Delicious vegan meals tonight. Always a line up at this restaurant. The team are super friendly and fun. Makes my day.

The pho has a good flavour (although, too much MSG flavour over true broth)? Very disappointed at the lack of trimmings? Very little to no herbs? No lemon? Hardly any bean sprouts? When I used to order this dish, I used to get a plate of all of these things to add in, now just a bowl with noodles, beef and too much MSG?

My parents have been taking the family here for a couple of decades and the soup, spring and cold rolls are just as good as my earliest memories! Friendly service and great range of soups. The broth is so damn tasty that I bet you’ll keep coming back for more!
