Really really good Banh mi and lovely back area

This is the most lovely bahn mi place i’ve ever visited! I’m always looking for the best spots to devour a bahn mi, and this has to be the very top of my list. I’m yet to try more of the menu because I can’t get enough of the grilled chicken bahn mi. Very succulent chicken and beautiful sauces. Grab something delicious and sit outside on one of the lawn benches for the best experience! Feels great to support a local business, especially when the owner is absolutely lovely!

It's a cozy and lovely place. We got beef pho, chicken rice, and their signature pork rice. All the food is so delicious and fresh. Definitely, we will revisit there soon.

Sensational. I had the coconut ice coffee which was incredible and probably the best chicken banh mi I have ever eaten. Super fresh and flavourful.

Not as I expected! Pork was nice, crispy bread too. However the lettuce and large sized cucumber pieces through me off a little. Still yummy and the sauce they used was nice as well. One thing I will say is I was thrown off by the “service” fee of 10%. Turning my 13.50 pork roll into a 15.50 pork roll. Of course you have card surcharge but a service fee of 10% as well as a 1.5-2% surcharge on card was baffling to me! I guess that’s the world we live in now. The fit out of the place is nice and cosy. Staff welcoming. Anyway I would try this place again eventually but wouldn’t rush back. Overall 4/5
