Hands down one of the best Banh Mi spots in Sunshine Coast. The bánh mì is fresh, flavourful and always made properly. Great coffee too. Easy, reliable and worth coming back again and again.

Rice paper rolls. One already fell apart before opening box., threw half away. Overstuffed with vermicelli, not much meat. Edible, but not great - messy, carb filled, tastes like vermicelli and nothing else .

I wish I could give 4.5 stars because it’s between 4-5 stars for me. It only fell short because I can’t eat coriander and always ask for banh mi and pho without it but 70% of the time it’s there and I struggle to eat the food even after I take it out. On the up side, the pho is amazing!!! But I would love much more broth. There seems to be way more noodles than broth and the broth is the best part! (In my opinion). The way they do their tofu is great too! Overall I give it 4-4.5 stars

I’m absolutely gutted. Was thinking this joint could be my new local and in the perfect location - could it get any better than a bánh mì at the beach? A true Bánh mì should have that divine balance: flakey shell, fluffy herbaceous soul balanced with just the right amount of pate and chilli, and crispy, fatty pork that is more addictive than that magic powder your dodgy mate is hooked on. This Bánh mì? felt like it’d been sitting in the display cabinet since Tuesday and looked like a fat kid had been sitting on it. Bread didn’t flake, pork that could have passed as beef without any crunch. The carrot was doing its best to save the show, but even it tasted tired and soggy like a wet tissue, like it had seen things, you know? And whoever was in charge of the coriander clearly just wanted to get rid of the stuff— like 30 sprigs floating around one half and none in the other. Look, I don’t want to sound harsh — I appreciate the art form, truly. There was a sole worker who was probably doing his best at a busy time but a Bánh mì done right is a cultural experience. But this one? It was more of a cultural disappointment. I left feeling spiritually under-seasoned much like the dressing if there was even any in there. Waited about 20 minutes for the Banh Mi which is a lot especially given that there is Express in this joint's name. Two stars — one for effort, one for the hoi sin sauce.

I had a crispy pork banh mi today, and it was absolutely delicious! The bread was fresh, beautifully toasted, and had a great aroma. The herbs were just right, and the crispy pork was tender and flavorful. Every bite was perfectly balanced— not too dry, not too wet. I highly recommend it! I also ordered a flat white, and it was excellent—smooth, not too acidic or bitter. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the dining area was clean, quiet, and free from any unpleasant smells. The combination of Vietnamese food and coffee in this space creates a fantastic atmosphere. I hope everyone gets a chance to experience the care and effort they put into their food. We’ve passed by this place many times and finally had the chance to try it. It did not disappoint!
